Showroom Admin & Personal Assistant

The Role
We’re seeking a Showroom Admin and Personal Assistant — someone who’s equal parts organized, resourceful, and ready to jump in wherever needed. You’ll help keep our showroom polished and running smoothly while also working directly with Erin, our Principal Designer, to streamline business operations and implement new processes behind the scenes.
This position begins part-time (around 20 hours a week) with room to expand as the business continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain organization and visual appeal in our showroom
- Receive, inspect, and manage incoming deliveries
- Organize fabric, rug, and finish samples
- Assist with administrative tasks and process implementation
- Help manage vendor communication and client logistics
- Support light bookkeeping tasks (experience in Google Sheets a plus!)
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
- A people person!
- A self-starter who loves checking boxes and getting things done
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and multitasking ability
- Comfort working in a creative, fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and spreadsheets (Google Sheets experience is a plus)
- Bonus points for experience in retail or administrative support
