Waterfront Living, Rooted in Tradition
Set along Swan Creek in Rock Hall, this distinctive waterfront home pairs timber-frame construction and concrete floors with the warmth of traditional interiors. Working alongside KRM Construction and architect John Hutchinson, we used thoughtful lighting, materials, and furnishings to bridge the home’s modern barn-inspired architecture with the homeowners’ classic style—creating a cohesive, welcoming retreat shaped around its sweeping water views.
